TERMS:

Standard terms are NET 30 days from date of invoice. Each shipment shall be considered a separate and independent transaction and payment, therefore shall be made accordingly. Please include our invoice number with your payment. Price increase will be preceded with a 30 day written notice.


DELIVERY:

All promises of delivery are made in good faith and will make every reasonable effort to see that they are fulfilled. However, if unable to meet scheduled delivery date due to factors beyond our control, such as fires, strikes, government directives, or failure of our supplies to meet their promises, J.S. GREEN, LTD. shall not be liable for consequential or special damages.

Standard lead-time is 3 - 10 days, to be shipped, otherwise noted.

For any UPS RED, UPS BLUE, UPS 3 DAY SELECT, order(s) MUST be submitted by or before 1:00pm Pacific Time.


RETURN AUTHORIZATION:

A RA number is required for any return(s). ALL RA number(s) will be given from J.S. GREEN, LTD. of which must be placed on all package(s) that wish to be returned. Freight charges may apply. Below is J.S. GREEN, LTD. restocking charges.


0 - 59 days from ship date
Subject to 30% Restock Fee


60 - 119 days from ship date
Subject to 40% Restock fee


120+ days from ship date
